Amazing machine, easy to use for a non barista! Coffee is really good. Still figuring it out how to make the perfect latte with non dairy milk but before buying I had a demo with non dairy and latte was amazing so just need sometime to get use to it!

Bought a refurbished machine but it didn't work. It only intermittently ground the coffee beans and when it did the tamping didn't work so the coffee extraction was very poor. If you want one buy it new for the Sage 2 year guarantee. Refurbished on a machine like this is a false economy as they are complex.

At this price point, even with the discount, you’d expect it to be amazing - and it doesn’t disappoint. There’s a heap of YouTube videos to augment the experience - some inevitably more useful than others. But get the coffee beans right, the water correct and the milk sorted and the machine delivers cafe quality expresso.
