WeatherTech Cup Holder Phone Mount
Well made and adaptable but, in my case, didn’t fit the cup holder quite as well as I had hoped. The vehicle it’s installed in is a Toyota RAV4 so, not anything unusual. Pretty main stream I would think. I tried all of the cup adapter options but, none were quite right. In addition, the dash shape somewhat impeded the option for tilting of the phone and, which way it could be turned. Having stated the above, I ultimately (through sheer experimentation) found that it worked well if the phone was mounted upside down and tilted so that it was resting on the center council break handle. This also directs the microphone more toward the driver rather than down, which is helpful. This was a gift for my Wife and, like me, she was hoping it would work for her as advertised but, seems happy with the solution we came up with. A little more cumbersome but, it works. Better that constantly trying to find a good spot to set the phone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Disappointing Design
Guess I fell for all the TV adverts, and went ahead and bought one for my wife's birthday... . Spoiler alert - box arrives clearly marked with what's inside (so much for being a surprise). Anyways, product works with cup holders with some type of tab that holds it in place, in my car (Saturn SL) the cup inserts are either too big or too small and just rattles around. In cars that have an irregular shaped cup holder (i.e. something not perfectly round), you might want to look for a different choice. For the price charged, not anything close to being a value. A great product
I love this product. I had a different brand of cup phone. It was difficult to open it to accept a different size phone. Could be better!
The supplied “sizing cups” do not necessarily give you a secure fit! In my Honda Passport, the closest cup size allowed the unit to wiggle back and forth, and I thought it would be much better! The Weathertech website offers you a $2.75 Webber band,.....they should include one in the price they’re wanting for this product. Myself, I found a 1/4” wide rubber band around my house, and after carefully applying it to the tapered side of the sizing cup, it seems fairly secure now. Bottom line,......for what Weathertech is asking for this product, it leaves me “lacking”, and I would recommend looking at other options that are available. Safety Item we all should have.
Happy to be able to use my WeatherTec cup holder while using my phone as well as my GPS. There are 3 cup holder sizes, so it will work for most anyone. I REALLY like the no hands needed feature of this unit, in that I drive a manual transmission vehicle and need to be able to concentrate on that....especially in heavy traffic. Great Idea...Great Product!!
These work great for the new hands free laws and older vehicles without the new technology. It was a bit tricky getting them to the preferred size, but well worth it. Great - easy to use.

Great holder
Great, but my husband has a cell phone case , otter, that is too big for the holder. He can use the holder but has to remove the outer part of his cell case. Almost perfect but needs work
I do like Weathertech Products but this cup-phone is very pricey for a plastic molding. It fits ok with a little help from a large black rubber band (cup sides are not adequately textured) but without this it works it’s way loose and then your phone is juddering around. The thumbscrew tighteners feel like they will break if you go too tight but it has to be tight to be effective. Value for money/ well if this were $19.99 I’d be buying them for fam/frenz as gifts and recommending them but not at $42+. Too expensive.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Could be better for the money.
It is easy to install but for the money should come with felt strips to secure the cup in the cup holder. My cup holder is just a little to small for one size and too large for another so it is a little loose. I am very picky about rattles and vibrations so I will have to spend more money to get felt to stick on the cup so it will be secure. These aren’t cheep either.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
