A good product.
A good product. The only complaint I have, is that you rely on the weight of the headphones to make the connection to the charger. You have to make sure that the red charging light comes on. Excellent all round
Sturdy headphones, comfortable fit, options for volume and voice enhancement on the headphones themselves, easy to dock with the base station and installation was a doddle. Batteries are good for about 18 hours which is more than enough for regular use. Sound quality is excellent with only a minor and occasional crackle creeping in but given that I wander round half my house with these and have electronics and cables all over the place creating plenty of interference this is to be expected. Does what it says it will.
These earphones do what the product description says they will. I had an older pair of Sony wireless headphones in the same price-range, which wore out, and these replacements have the same sound quality and are better at cutting out interference from other sources and better at shutting out other sounds in the room. Brilliant product but cable not provided.
Very happy with headphones. Only problem was no cable included and no instructions. Found info on Sony site and realised I needed cable, which I then bought for £1.99. I reported to your phone operator a fault the sound drops off completely. Assured she would send appropriate return pack . I have heard nothing nothing at all over 7 days now trying to apply No star rating because it s not fit for purpose.
