A Quality Rechargeable Razor - Braun Series 3 Proskin 3080s
The Foil gets close to the skin for a nice close shave and drastically reduces any burn. The ergonomic shape makes it very comfortable to use. Battery life before recharging is good. I have only used mine dry and am pleasantly pleased with the results. The razor feels and performs as a quality product. Not as expected
Unfortunately not for my type of face and not good at corners and close/under the ear region. The razors seems do not go too close to skin and need several passes in order to clear from hairs. Very happy with the purchase and happy to recommend.
I have used an electric razor for a number of years now. The old one was easy to get foils for and I had no real reason to buy a new one. This year I noticed the foils and other bits I needed to replace were not showing on ebay so i decided to look for a new razor. I chose the one I am writing this review for. I looked a many different razors and kept coming back to this one. I have now used this razor of a few weeks so thought I could write a review for it with some certainty of how it works. I found the charge was good and lasts a long time. The foils are good and much better than the last old razor in as much that these foils feel smoother and less likely to catch my face. The cut is nice a close with a better finish again than the old razor. Don't think I will ever want to use this razor in the shower so can't give you any help on that side. Braun series 3 pro skin 3080S

Noisy
My husband's last three shavers have been Phillips. When looking for a new shaver he thought he would have a change and this was a good price so he bought it. He has found it to be quite noisy also, it does not give a really close shave which is disappointing as it was bought by reading reviews and a close shave was one of the positives for buying this shaver. Braun Series 3 wet and dry electric shaver
Shaves well! You can shave both wet and dry, which led to the odd experience of using shaving gel with an electric razor in the shower... I found it didn't shave as close with gel as I did when dry though.
