Didn't work for histamine-associated sinus issues
After 5 days of using this per the directions (2-3 times per day for me), I got a horrible sinus headache and stuffed up head in the late afternoon, likely in connection with the histamine intolerance issues I have, so no, I don't recommend this if you are looking to help sinus problems associated with airborne or food histamines.
