Good value three in one printer with Air Print facility.
Good for the price. Wasn't too hard to set up and connect with Wifi. Air print option required by myself as I use an Ipad and that works fine. Colour is good. Not over-bulky. Cheap options of compatible ink. Abysmal.
Steer clear of this company. I purchased a printer I tried to contact it to power with my own Epson lead, no joy I tried a friend's nothing. I mailed them to ask if they supplied leads, a big fat no, The person I communicated with came across as condescending and patronising, asking the most basic questions. I have a first class Cambridge degree. I refuse to respond to the last message " answer the question ". a great little'big printer very good value'i like epson.

Very good value for the quality
Perfect. It is working perfectly well. The printing quality is very good. Is far less noisy that the one I have retired and I can print things at night if I want to. Was very easy to set up because I have had the USB cable from the old one that was also an Epson. I keep loyal to this brand. Lightweight, great features, easy to use.

Unusable for me
I bought this printer has my previous printer was using ink that was expensive. I was advised that I can use compatible ink cartridges with this printer and when it arrived this wasn't the case and to buy original ink it was more expensive than the one I already had when I contacted the supplier they commented saying the item is tested and apparently if the original ink is placed in the machine it won't work with compatible ink so I can not use this so another waste of money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Excellent product.
Easy to set up. Excellent print quality. Neat size that fits into the space that I had for it. Responds quickly to computer print requests. Happy with my printer
It would have been helpful if there had been better instructions on how to set it up and use the functions so had to work some of it out myself. There is an instruction CD that is supplied but I have no way to access the disc which I am sure will be the same for most users. Once set up I have found the printer is quick and the print is of good quality. I've used the scanner quite a few times as well which is good as well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
