I previously left a negative feedback because I unhappy that I could not cancel the order, this was unfair of me and I realise that now as it was made clear that there were no cancellations offered. I cannot now delete that but hope this goes someway towards putting things right. It is a great book and it arrived promptly. I have learnt that to act in haste is to repent at leisure.
