Ty-phoo Tea has been on the market since 1903, so you could say it is an established brand! It's almost a household word in the UK. Certainly it is my prefered brand, and that of my wife too. Have to use twice the number of bags
Its no surprise that you have to use twice the number of tea bags to get a good pot of tea. The description says that its for a cup of tea. The question remains tho, is it still great value for money or might it be more economically viable (in real terms) to just buy a full sized bag deal? I am myself personally satisfied with thee tea output and levels tannic acid + caffeine produced by the item. The taste is another very important factor. This tea tastes like Assam tea. (I don't know if it is actually grown, picked, packaged and otherwise produced in the Assam region of India but this is not important for me). One of the best teas.
Hi, I was drinking Typhoo tea since the 70’s, and I love it. If you haven’t tried it, I recommend you do. It is one of London’s best teas, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
