A Slight Improvement, But Expensive
The items arrived very swiftly and were securely packed. They were a bit of a fiddle to fit, but you just need to follow the Jaguar handbook carefully. They were an improvement on the original 12-year-old Philips bulbs, but only a bit. They were slightly brighter, provided a slightly more sharply focused beam and gave a very slightly whiter coloured light. They changed the lighting on my 2006 Jaguar XK from 'barely adequate' to 'adequate', after a bit of careful adjustment of the beam alignment. However at £105 a pair they were expensive for a pair of headlamp bulbs, even though many other suppliers wanted £130 or more. Whether or not they were good value depends on how much you are prepared to pay to get the best lighting you can. As far as I know, these bulbs produce a better light than any other available replacement bulbs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
