Big buttons - easy to see - VERY short battery life

Not Great
It is extremely difficult to find a good flip phone. The manufacturers offer very limited features of those the user might want, while offering things that are not important. The biggest issue is lack of intuitive design, and this one is no different. I bought it so that I could have WiFi Calling. The feature exists and works, but constantly stops working and forgets the WiFi password. It is a pain to continually have to enter it into the phone settings again. There seems to be no way to save it. I also do not like that the back of the phone quickly lost its paint and has a blue color showing thru the black. Another problem with this phone is that when holding down the red button to shut down the phone, it pops up a choice between shutdown and restart. The highlighted choice is shutdown, but when selected it wants to go to safe mode. Very odd behavior. But what do we expect? This was a new, open-box item.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Buy something else.
It's counter intuitive. Far from easy to navigate. Different icons at different times to execute same funtion. Horrid battery life. 'Message' icon does not store messages. You have to access the memory to hear stored messages. More than once it was impossible for callers to leave a message due to message folder being full. Weak battery No QWERTY keyboard.
Weak battery, you must keep it plugged in always! Verizon forced me to get a new phone (4G), but I liked the old one. This is not even close. Only need talk/text. My old phone had great battery life. What was the best though was the slide out QWERTY keyboard. So easy to text. Now they no longer have one that works on their system. I see one that works on another carrier, so I am going to dump Verizon and switch just to once again have the keyboard. Miss my LG
It missing key features i.e It is not easy to see how much battery life you have or when it is charging what percent is charged. The call Missed Calls etc is hard to manage. Redialing from a missed call is hard. Battery life is terrible.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Smart choice
Love my new phone except for the life of the battery; however, I will get use to it and make sure it is charged on a regular basis. Best flip phone since my 3G LG
I had an LG that I liked even better than this, but this is the best flip phone currently available. Compared to the LG, it's larger than I would like (but I'm used to it now), and battery life (turned off when not calling) isn't the two months or more of the LG but is very adequate. It's still over 60% after 2 or 3 weeks and a number of calls. It has more options than my older phone, and they are easy to find in the menu.
