not non stick and they don't open with the clip
I bought 2 sets of these pans to make a birthday cake for my friends mother. I wasn't really happy with them if im honest. The cake stuck to the inside of all the pans (6 in total) even with greasing the insides as well as the non stick coating, they didnt realise the cakes at all with the clips even when they were fully cold which I was extremely disappointed i ended up with cake bits rather than cakes.
