Not well designed
I set this cassette up with a brand new brand new 10 speed shimano hg95 chain new 34t chainring brand new derailleur m5120 rated at 46t and XT 10-speed shifters. The second sprocket is too close to the first which results in continual rubbing of the 10 speed Shimano chain against the side of the largest sprocket. This means the drivetrain makes a continual racket and I am sure it will lead to premature failure of the chain as it is continually rubbing against the chain pins Adjusting the chainline and barrel ajuster will not fix this problem. I am an experienced mechanic and this should not be the case and Shimano provide no direct contact support the issues or faults with their product, they only direct you to other bike shops on their website who do not provide product support
