Sounds good but spoiled by clumsy and unintuitive control
Selling points are as a DAB+ Kitchen Radio / Timer. Bought it to replace a Pure One with after on off switch gone dodgy and does not do DAB+. The sound quality is OK mainly due to a decent enough 3" speaker in the case which is also a ported enclose. There is no control over the tone. You get what it delivers..
But the controls are far from intuitive having buttons needing multiple presses to get to the stations and menu controls. For instance, I like to see the program information scrolling on the (pretty small) screen. This setting is hidden 3 button presses away and none of the settings get remembers, so every time it has to be set again. It only has 3 buttons for pre-set channels, for more its into multiple button press.
Difficult for the technologically challenged.
