IWC's "Complete Service" includes a 24-month in-house warranty. I am the first owner of this watch. I wore it lightly, and infrequently. The cost of the IWC service and parts was 1,401. I did not opt to have the sapphire replaced by IWC (If I keep the watch, I personally don't care about the scratches).
