Lightweight and really works,easy to use.
reviews were all good and it lives up to expectation.used it on a chinese rug forty years old and surprised how much came out, colours we hadn't seen for years were obvious. It took about 4 hours to dry (it is thick pile). The water ran out quite fast, it is a small lightweight machine, one reason we bought it, and it is quite a fiddle to clean the parts after, but it certainly does work well.

Thrilled with the machine
Absolutely thrilled with the carpet washer. I had a vax before that leaked and did not work well. This Machine is light and easy to use. It has great suction hence why it dries the carpet in 30 mins. I have a dog hence why I wanted to wash the carpet. Amazing amount of dirt comes up. Loved Bissell own solution smells lovely. Definitely recommend this machine. The price is really good.

Quite noisy however best cleaner ever used. Simply to set up. Same amount of clean water you mix with shampoo is easily retracted into dirty water tank. Dirty tank easy to remove to empty. Carpet / rugs dry very quickly. Every house needs one!:

Excellent value for money
Really impressed with this machine. It’s light enough and so easy to use. I can’t believe how much dirt it brought out of a cream carpet. The clean water container is only small but I wasn’t using it on large areas so it was fine. If you have large rooms to cover I would maybe look at an alternative. Price was very good. Overall very impressed and would definitely recommend it.

Supreme cleaning.
It’s very light weight. it just glides over the carpet and cleans the stains in no time. The cleaner it’s self is so easy to put together you don’t need a degree in engineering. When it comes to taking the appliance apart to wash its as easy as eating ice cream. I had an older bissel years ago though it did it’s job this light weight model is supreme. Overall this is a great product to have in your home.

Great cleaner and great value
Bissel delivered this very quickly and it was put to use straight away. Easy to assemble, light and easy to use. The cleaner completely rejuvenated the carpet. Much better than the Vax we previously owned.

Very Good at cleaning the carpets and you don't have to be an Olympic weightlifter to use it.
We take on the older rescue dogs that no one else wants...need I say more. I use to use a Vax upright carpet cleaner but it weighs a ton, even when empty and you needed muscles like Arnie to use it. Then I bought the Bissell, oh what joy. Its easier to fill, empty and clean afterwards. With the rotating brush does a far far better job of cleaning the carpet and most importantly you don't have to be an Olympic weight lifter to use it.

Avenger of the dirty cream carpet
Dog lover (We have 4) moved into a new house last year & most of the house is carpeted in light covered carpets. After using the Bissel everything is nearly back to original shade, will definitely do till we can afford to replace the carpets to a more appropriate darker variety. Easy to use too xx

Amazing to find a carpet cleaner which does what you want with no useless bells and whistles. You can carry round the house and upstairs with no problem much better than our previous vax which was so heavy and complicated we stopped using it.
