Excellent Mexican-American western hard to find today!
This movie starring Robert Mitchum, (I think) is one of his best works. If you are a western fan, you'll surely love this cross border/culture film. A boy whose father was killed took revenge on the assailant and killed him had to flee to Mexico. Growing up in Mexico he had to become a tough hombre/man! Working for the powerful Castro family, controlling the where with all in Mexico. Mitchum or Martin Brady was escorting silver/pesos to the U.S. border for rifles to the Mexican army. In U.S. Brady's horse is spooked by a tumbleweed, throws Brady & breaks his leg.. While recuperating he meets a Texas Ranger captain, a U.S. army major & his wife (that Brady falls in love with). The Ranger Captain tells Brady he knows who he really is, the kid that was not charged for killing the guy that killed his Dad. So now Brady was free to return with no charges against him. Returning to Mexico Brady's services as gunman are ended for refusing to kill the governors brother. Now Brady must run for his life, back to the U.S. .Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
