Great workout
I walk two miles a day several times a week, walk on the treadmill, and was doing an exercise video. Then I got this one, and even after all that I had a hard time keeping up with even the lowest level of workouts! And I have done the stepper in years past! Not difficult moves, just very fast paced and athletic, and a great overall workout. I'm sure I will see great results once I work up to it (ok, you can modify the workouts to make them easier!) I ordered Kathy Smith Timeless Step Workout because I just couldn't seem to lose weight and walking wasn't helping. I love this workout and Kathy Smith is an excellent instructor. I love the chorography and am surprised at how much it works my lower body. I actually feel like I can lose weight now. Also Kathy adds a weight training workout which I really need.
