    Its a fantastic book, very insightful! I think Ronnie is a superb sportsman, and this book couldn't have been more better timed. Ronnie has had many highs and lows during his glittering 25 year career as a snooker professional. The link that Ronnie and his co-author , Rhianne Lambert have created between professional sportsmanship and dietary awareness is important and believable. Ronnie shows in his book that what we eat does really affect how we perform in both our professional and personal lives. Spikes in sugar, and salt levels profoundly affects performance over the long term, and although Ronnie loves his food, he speaks from experience, and with the direction of a profession dietician such as Rhianne, he has taken his own career to a whole new level by co-authoring this book. I am a big fan of Ronnie and love snooker! The Book has motivated me to improve my own diet and fitness level so that I too can play better snooker just like Ronnie!
