  • Surprisingly interesting book exceeding my expectations!!

I am certainly no Royalist - but thought I would purchase the book as it was priced very reasonably, and I thought it would be interesting to read about palace life from the "controversial" butler's point of view. The book held my interest from start to finish, and I completed the book within 5 days. It gave a great insight into both the Queen and Diana as people, and also the much maligned Prince Charles. I was amazed by the twists and turns in the trial which ensued against the Butler as he was accused of theft of items after Diana's death. Altogether a highly insightful, well written book which I would recommend

This was purchased for my wife as an extra Birthday gift, she loved it more than her main present or any present i have got her in a number of year. So it's a winner in my book. 10/10 Happy wife, happy life.
