There's no equal on the market at this price
What can I say about this Wonder Cloud eye shadow that hasn't already been said? I've been using it for two years now and it's till just as good. It's soft liquid quality allows you to smoothly apply the colour across the eye lid without drag and gives an equal depth of finish across the lids.
