Its a great phone but I found an issue in the programming. When the bluetooth is on it sends all the ringtones, text alerts, alarms to your earpiece or speaker. . The phone itself will not ring or sound. So if you lose the phone good luck calling to find it unless you turn your earpiece off. Same for alarms as well. it will send everything bluetooth. Done been late for work four times this week and got old phone out and hooked up just for the alarm. The coverage is great I have not lost signal but also theres no 5G yet in my neighborhood. Battery life is great two days on my charge. i surf youtubes and talk with family about 2 hrs every morning. And I use an Mpow headpiece. It does the same on my Parrot headpiece. Greatest Verizon 5G smartphone I never heard of! The only complaint I have is that I bought a 256GB SD card and formatted it on this phone, it formatted the SD card and corrupted it! When I tried to load music and pictures on the formatted SD card, my pc couldn't find or detect it upon inserting it into my PC's card reader slot.
