Graphics card had more space than I firs...
Graphics card had more space than I first expected, though I wouldnt recommend going thicker than a total of 3 slots including the cooler. After removing the hard drive cages there is plenty of space for cable management or just small boxes of stuff to put behind the 5.25" ash tray lol.
