Bought this to replace a Hotpoint which gave up after 9 years. Looked extensively at many machines and the Bosch seemed a good balance between quality and price. Beautifully built and so quiet with more than enough programmes to suit. Very stable on spins and really can’t get over how quiet it is ! Washing machines have definitely come a long way in the past few years and the Bosch really is a quality product. Highly recommended

Was a bit hesitant to buy a ‘refurbished’ washing machine but given the price (and extra discount code) I took the plunge. Was pleasantly surprised with efficient delivery and the machine looks like new (except a scratch on the door- one fewer than in the item description, oddly). Not sure what was refurbished, if anything. Just hoping that it lasts half as long as the Bosch it replaced.
