This is the second book that I’ve had , the first one got lost in my divorce. It’s easy to read the recipes, the food is always very tasty and tbh you can’t go too far wrong as it’s very basic to read. The recipes are a mixture of unusual to a new twist on the regular food. It’s great .

Great to be able to replace an old favourite but when I received the book it was literally falling to bits. I have had to put it into a box in order to keep it all together, as many, many pages were loose and falling out. I did not expect perfection but this was in a very poor condition

I bought this book because I recall eating at Cranks vegetarian restaurants years ago and wanted to recreate vegan version of their dishes. This is the grand daddy of vegetarian recipe books. Proper hippy food in many cases. I shall enjoy experimenting with old favorites.
