I bought this after reading Lee Janogly's other book "Only fat people skip breakfast" and think this is equally as good as the other one! Easy and quick to read, no nonsense help for bingers, with a good dose of humour plus home truths that make you sit up and take notice. The advice given makes sense and will work if you're determined to stop food being in control of your life. They've both made me view dieting with a fresh light and I know I'll never diet again cos they just don't work else we'd all be stick thin!!! Well recommended by me, a serial yo-yo dieter and self confessed binger! Buy this book if you've lost all hope of having your figure back! :O)
