I found this book an absolute eye opener. I actually did not intend to totally quit alcohol before reading it but I have since I finished the book in January. In coincided with my ‘dry January’ spell. It made total sense to me and the way we have been brain washed by society and by advertising is frightening. I guess the book could be classed as ‘brainwashing’ but if it works to convince people that you are slowly Killing yourself by drinking a poisonous chemical, why the hell not be brainwashed. If this book will lead to a cleaner and more fruitful and richer life then it’s a no brainier.

An easy read that reinforces what we probably already know or suspect....that we moderate drinkers are on the slippery slope to dependency. It’s motivated me already and I’m only half way through the 240 pages.
