Hours of Instagram scrolling will be cut out by the detailed, factual and interesting content in this book. If you want to work towards achieving a better body, who better to model yourself on than Arnold Schwarzenegger? It's not just one style of training either, Arnold offers several ways to train. Use this in addition to watching some interviews of his and you'll soon be hooked and developing your own workouts to challenge yourselves - or just follow his! I was expecting a used condition, light scrapes on the cover, maybe markings on some pages. Many of the pages are torn from the seam up until an inch or two from the top. It would not take much to break these pages, even accidentally. The pages themselves seem clean, however the edges clearly aren’t - to be fair, I don’t have an issue with that. Had there been no rips in the seams of some of the pages to the point where a small gust of wind could rip them off, then this would have easily been a four or five star review.

i bought this book for my partner who has been weight training for over 30 years.He absolutley loves it and as he trains 2 men 1/2 his age it has encouraged him to try different tecniques and get the benefit of arnies guidance.It has now become his "bible" and its the only book i have seen him study in a long time.My old man says the dietitian stuff in it is exellent and the way the tecnique in handling weights has helped them train and move muscles in a way he has never done before and they can see and feel the benefits.the competing side of the book is of no use to him but he says if he had had this in his youth he might have gone into it. (lol) I told him if he didnt look like arnie in 2 weeks i would like a refund.
