I had tuned in my Humax on my home dish. Aligning the dish with the meter went like a dream. Easy and great signal, every thing worked perfectly when we arrived in mid Wales at our camp site. Wondered how it would go, no need to for any concerns - the large dish on the tripod was very stable and we never lost the signal. If you need a kit then this is the one to buy!

Great Value kit. Once the angles are set on the dish and LMB, it's a piece of cake to find the compass angle and point this kit toward the Astra satellite. I used it in various locations in central England and Scotland and received a signal within a minute or less in my caravan using any smart phone app to orient the dish correctly. The tripod is very sturdy and comes with pegs and holes to secure it to the ground. I found it doesn't need them in all but the strongest winds. No more dodgy TV signals through an aerial with reduced channel listings, get this instead with a capable receiver or built into your caravan telly. Of course you have to make sure your pitch has a clear line of sight to the satellite with no trees or buildings but its doable on most sites where pitch choice exists.

Purchased this for my camper for when I’m on my travels as the built in Aerial is hit and miss. This satellite is excellent, seems good quality, easy to set up and it was a good price.

Sky never made 80cm oval shape. All the dishes sold as Zone 2 are 63cm. And Zone 1 are approximately 38 to 43cm (depends if raven or old triax). Zone2 sky dish isnt as well performin when used with monoblock lnb as solid 65cm dish. It will be perfectly ok even when raining for hotbird and astra1.
