A must have if you suffer from ulcerative colitis!!
I only found this book by chance (insomnia shopping). It is light weight and absolutely packed with information, recommendations, facts and personal experiences of the author and other contributors, who also suffer from ulcerative colitis. I have referred back to this book many times as my symptoms have altered. A must have and highly recommended if you suffer from ulcerative colitis.
