So far I have only read 2 of Alice Millers books this and Breaking down the wall of silence, of the two I found this one to be the most helpful. I agree with her theory's and am myself trying to find a way out of childhood trauma. However she seems to be intent on keeping her audience hanging while she makes the same points over and over. I am sure there are people out there who need these points explaining to them again and again, but they are not the ones enlightened enough to want to pick up a book like this and read it. That said, this is a book with some answers, if that's what you are looking for though you will have to get a fair way into it before you find a solution. Alice Miller attributes her recovery to J.Konrad Stettbacher and a system he found. So that's were I'm going next.
