Real history
The account of building the Dams, the railways associated with the project and the people connected with the work was all made real by the fact that the author had relations who lived in 'Tin Town' and worked on the dams. The photographs are superb and close study of them gives a frightening insight into the complexity of the work. Details of other projects that were never started were also detailed.
