For more than fifty years Ned Sherrin was an award-winning writer, director, producer and broadcaster in radio, television, film and theatre. He died at the age of 76 in October 2007. Ned was also a brilliant raconteur and wit. In these two shows recorded in Brighton more than a decade apart Ned delights theatre audiences with his truly hilarious A-Z of theatrical anecdotes and, in his last recording before he was diagnosed with throat cancer, he recalls his career working with David Frost, Frankie Howerd, Peter O'Toole and others on TV and radio programmes such as That Was The Week That Was and Loose Ends.
