Detailed diary of an unusual jailbird who was also a senior politician and world-famous author of novels and stories.
Unlike most of G Archer's works, it's obviously factual, at least we hope so and in nature it is. Well written (as one would expect from G Archer). He doesn't go into much detail as to why he was in jail, but probably considers that inappropriate. I've only read part of Vol. 1 so far, though most of it. In the nature of things few ordinary people get to actually speak to people who've experienced jail, so this is interesting and why I bought it; not much more to say.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
