low loss header
the low loss header was just what i needed to transform a 6 bedroom house; the heating was inadequate with only 9 of the 22 radiators working. 22mm heating pipes were changed to 28mm and the heating had its own pump. the hot water had its own pump and the boiler had its built in pump with no restriction. now all the radiators work and the hot water (250ltrs) re-heats within 40min

Great design
fitted a low loss header unit to a central heating system that had circulation issues and required a larger pump. The header unit allows for this to be done without causing any inbalance to the rest of the system.
