Everything you need to know about sugar!
I'm not even half way through this yet and I don't want it to end! It's one of those books you need to concentrate on because it takes you through a lot of history down the ages but I like 'facts' so that's fine with me! If we all could learn something from this book and cut down on sugar in gassy drinks etc.then we'd all be a lot healthier and the obesity rates would drop.
