You will never need another curry cook book. This is the fifth time I’ve purchased this book and every one keeps pinching it has that loved the curry’s I’ve made from this book easy to use and taste is fantastic

was unsure at first as to believe the hype but after trying the sauce method I was surprised how well it came out would have given it 5 stars but when making the sauce it said about skimming the froth off the top of the final sauce but I did not see any so book was very specific about this but never said anything about when you don't see it but made bhuna chicken masala and was not spicy but very good just need to clear the freezer to make room for more sauce

Only been making my own curries since the lockdowns and found a lot of cook books have you preparing the ingredients differently. This book is down to earth and explains things in a way that I understand. Only made the chicken vindaloo so far but I am liking this method and the curry was ok for the first attempt.
