  • Review of the l928 version of the BCP approved for use in the USA

This is a very beautiful and well presented book which contains the 1928 version of the Book of Common Prayer approved for use by the 'Protestant Episcopal Church of America. ()USA). It is NOT the 1928 version of the Book of Common Prayer which the UK House of Commons refused to approve for use by the Church of England. Despite this, it is a lovely book which can be used as a personal prayer book. It will be very much appreciated by Anglicans and other readers who have grown up using the traditional language of the original 1662 Book of Common Prayer and the King James' version of the Bible..
