I'm a real cynic being a librarian for a living you are taught to question things. I'd say I was surprised by some of the ideas in this book but they made a lot of sense to me and I have tried to take on some of the recommendations made. I can't live my life like this guru but I have tried to put in place the things I can from his work. For example the liver and kidney cleanse he advocates. He states that good health starts from the digestive system and actually that makes a lot of sense, the quality of food is the only thing we can control going into our bodies. This is a very long book, I got the pdf and printed a chapter as I needed it there is alot to get your head around. If you want to be healthy and not be at the mercy of your GP or consultant then get this book it really was money well spent. I have already tried the liver and gallbladder cleanse and plan to keep on doing them as he recommends.Read full review
An outstanding book, which explains succinctly how to prevent and reverse many labelled Westerner's dis-eases. If you wish to become empowered and take your wellbeing to the next level. I highly recommend Andreas' book.
