    Authored by Fred C. Hatfield, one of history's greatest powerlifting champs while working with Vince McMahon's now-defunct World Bodybuilding Federation. It covers in great depth the periodization techniques Dr. Hatfield learned in the Eastern Bloc, and I don't think there's been a better elaboration on supplemenation. His anti-steroid stance is a very, very good thing. Topping it off is alot of really cool physique photography.
