My consultant recommended this
I've had ET since childhood, managed relatively easily until I hit my late 40s and now I'm in my 60s it has become much more pronounced. My consultant suggested I do some reading and this was the number one book of three he recommended. All three have been helpful but this one most of all. It presents a rather complex subject neatly without 'talking down' to readers (uni level reading comprehension probably best to get the most from this book).
