Great if you understand the Food Optimising system
I bought this as a guide so I could help my learning-disabled adult daughter lose weight while still being able to enjoy tasty food. It is less helpful than some books since it measures food values in "syns" and a Food Optimising code, which I don't understand, having never been to a Slimming World session. There is some explanation of this system in the book but at first glance it doesn't make much sense.
