I am of the firm belief that yoga should be in the school curriculum. Its a very comprehensive book naming the sanskrit terms for the postures. My only objection being difficult balance type postures may discourage many people from buying who would most benefit, from its " Floor performed "postures. Yoga is a gentle way to remove temporary, & permanent tension.
