But Eckhart really resonated with me because of his common sense approach, all that is important is the present moment! we are one with it. This has been a great relief to me, I wish they taught this in schools. I was never one for spirtiualism, but this is more of a philosophy than spiritualism to me.

If you are open to new concepts and new ways of thinking, I’d highly recommend this book. I have read this book once already, and it is always by my side. Really helped open my eyes and made few changes in my life, for the better. Took 4 tries when i first read it as it was difficult to get my head round, but once i did i couldnt put it down. Really is a very good book to own.
