I bought this book to help me understand my own relationship with food and to try to understand the link with my mood. As a counsellor working with clients with perhaps depression, low mood and sometimes eating disorders I also wanted to know about the emotional links with food and the chemical changes which take place when we eat.This book is very well written and easy to understand. It is easy to dip in and out of it. It is not necessary to read it from cover to cover. A good buy.
