It’s ok
This one only needs hot tap water and the vapo pads . This will help if you got bronchitis or chesty cough and will loosen mucus. Simple construction and easy to clean. Since it’s not powered, You have to seal the inhaler around your nose with the moulded plastic to get the maximum steam.
