This report addresses concerns around risk and vulnerability of minority ethnic young people. It examines the research literature in a range of areas where minority young people are at considerable risk of becoming marginalized and alienated in contemporary Britain. The report places a particular focus upon those young people who are represented amongst the statistics of the homeless, those excluded from school, young offenders, care leavers and those with substance misuse, and mental health problems.
