I've had a life long interest in TA but possesses minimal knowledge. This book offers a comprehensive account that, even those, like me, who find theoretical concepts difficult to digest, can follow. I've had a copy of this book for years and bought this copy for my sister after only recently reading mine (still am!). It makes sense of how we've become who we are! I can only read a section or two at a time due to my struggles with theory, but I'm getting through it. I intend to read it again and complete the exercises.
