A utterly fantastic and practical book
I can't recommend this highly enough. A seminal work with clear simple instructions. Covers a wide range of cuisines. You can easily use this to cook for family as easy as a dinner party. Not cheffy which I find wonderful. The author puts me in mind of an Asian Mary Berry or Delia Smith.
