This is a well written book full of useful information not only about the condition, but the cause of the condition. I would recommend that only people who are serious about curing themselves should buy the book. The diet and daily regimen detailed within it's pages are very, very demanding to put it mildly. Some of the ingredients required are difficult to get hold of you would have to do considerable research to find them. I've been following this regimen for three weeks and I'm starting to see results. There are three key characteristics needed to endure the diet. Patience, Tenacity and Will Power. If you only have one of these, it's not for you. Best of luck with it.
