A van Gogh Tome
Vincent by Himself contains a precis of his life followed by some of his letters. The images of his early charcoal drawings are included along with his more colourful favourites. Quite a large format book, heavy to handle with rather too much white space around the text. The size was something I wasn't expecting. The tome looks a comprehensive review of Van Gogh for the money.
